Really loved the service for the first time me coming to this location. She very patient while doing my pedicure she was very attentive and asked if I needed something . Customer service was great and I definitely will be back & recommend!

Yumi was very nice and gentle. Being my first time at Felicity spa it was very enjoyable. I had the lavender package. It was soothing and relaxing. She put hot towels on my legs and it even included a hot wax for your feet. Go see Yumi at Felicity Spa today. You won’t regret it!

Wonderful service but doing pedicure and nails separately was a lot. The appointment before my nails took forever. Obviously she didn’t schedule the correct service to allot for time.

This was my first time there and everyone was so nice! It was such a nice experience! Mark gave me exactly what I was wanting. The shape, length and French tips were all perfect. I have been looking for somewhere to get my nails done since I moved here and I finally found it. I will definitely be back!

Miss Wendy did a wonderful job. She cut my cuticles. She got my ingrown toenail out. She did everything amazing without hurting me and she shaped my eyebrows perfectly. She was absolutely stunning. I recommend her to everybody that comes in not only did she do that for me, but she fixed my mother's Horrid job that Tony did on her and they gave her a discount. Miss Wendy is absolutely amazing. I recommend her to everyone.

This is my first visit and I will definitely be back. I came in for a pedicure but didn't have an appointment. Even though they were super busy they got me right in. They were very friendly and welcoming. They even gave me a welcome gift on my way out because it was my first visit. Highly recommend!!

The job was good but wasn't told prices went up that high. I usually pay $15 to get toes painted and she charged me 25 and and tried to charge me for removing paint. Not happy sorry
